Lutheran Christians believe the Sacrament of Holy Communion to be a precious gift from the Risen Lord to the Church. Scripture teaches us that with the bread and wine we are truly receiving the very body and blood of our Risen Lord Jesus. This is according to His Word and promise, and not according to our human understanding or intellect. However, The Scriptures caution us not to come to this meal in a casual or unbelieving manner, but in sincere repentance and faith in the promises of Jesus. If you have questions for us, we would encourage you to contact our Pastor at the church office.
